Add a new dimension to your event by hosting it at the Brooklyn Museum. Located on Eastern Parkway near the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Brooklyn Museum is an ideal setting for personal or corporate events, from sit-down dinners and wedding receptions to corporate functions and cocktail parties.

Each gallery area of the Museum offers a unique background for your special event.

Martha A. and Robert S. Rubin Pavilion and Lobby

A magnificent hall that looks out onto the Museum's welcoming public plaza, the newly renovated Martha A. and Robert S. Rubin Pavilion and Lobby can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a reception. Guests are invited to browse the nearby Arts of Africa galleries or the newly reinstalled Hall of the Americas.

Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium

This 4,700-square-foot auditorium accommodates a wide range of events from film screenings to theatrical performances. With audio-visual capabilities, the auditorium provides a perfect setting for corporate meetings and presentations.

Beaux-Arts Court

Dance the night away in this stunningly renovated two-story room surrounded by the works of European masters. The Beaux-Arts Court, with its magnificent arches, brass chandelier, and historical glass-block floors, will provide a majestic environment for wedding receptions, gala dinners, and cocktail receptions.

Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Gallery

Home to sculptures by Auguste Rodin, the Cantor Gallery is a beautiful, intimate setting for cocktail receptions, small dinner parties, or small corporate gatherings. Guests can browse through the adjacent Renaissance Gallery or view special exhibitions in the West Wing Shapiro Gallery.

Steinberg Family Sculpture Garden

Glass Corridor (off Sculpture Garden)

With floor-length windows, the Glass Corridor overlooks the Steinberg Family Sculpture Garden, creating an intimate space for small dinner or cocktail receptions.

Museum Café

This newly renovated space, operated by Restaurant Associates, is the perfect location for small lunch or dinner receptions. Limited availability.

Several space combinations are available to create the perfect venue for your event. Costs for site rental include facility fee, security staffing, parking, and Membership. Catering, provided exclusively by Restaurant Associates, is not included in the site rental fee. Site rental is restricted to Brooklyn Museum Members at the Contributor Level or above. Events may be held on any available day of the week with the exception of major holidays, holiday weekends, and the weekends of Target First Saturdays, which are held every month.
