Information about COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Due to health concerns in connection with the novel coronavirus, and as a matter of care for our staff, visitors, community, and city, the Brooklyn Museum closed to the public starting Friday, March 13. We have also postponed or cancelled all in-person public programs until further notice. During the closure, the Museum has undergone a thorough cleaning.

We are in the process of automatically refunding tickets for all events and programs as well as the exhibition Studio 54: Night Magic. Refunds typically take 10–14 business days to process. If you have tickets, please contact Showclix by calling 888.718.4253 or by emailing support@showclix.com to rebook or refunds@showclix.com to request a refund.

We are continuously monitoring the situation and paying close attention to updates and guidelines issued by health officials. We are reviewing our exhibition calendar and hope to extend select exhibitions for everyone to enjoy once we reopen. We will share updates on our social media channels and website as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work hard to finalize our plans. We look forward to welcoming our staff and visitors back to the Museum as soon as possible.
